Spring is here, and the change of season isn’t slowing us down at FACT! It’s been a busy month: finalizing plans for April testing with a major Mexican cookie manufacturer, some great media coverage for our products, and some reader feedback!

We also have some great product announcements, both here at FACT and from our partners. Western Bagel has expanded their Alternative Bagel™ offerings, and we are delighted to announce the launch of all sorts of new recipes for our highly versatile all-purpose mix, just in time for Easter. Enjoy fine foccacia or challah while reaping the benefits of high fiber, reduced carbs and a low glycemic index!

Finally, if you’re looking to get your low-glycemic products labeled accordingly, we’ve located some resources for you to get your products tested and accredited.
